Where can I see my order status?
All successful orders will have an email sent to them shortly followed by another email with tracking information.
Discount coupon does not work?
All of our coupons run for a limited time unless otherwise posted. Please sign up using a valid email address to receive a welcome bonus.
Can I expedite my shipping?
All of our orders being shipped to Canadian addresses are expedited through UPS. All other orders will be subject to a delivery fee.
What is your return policy?
We provide free returns for orders that have manufacturing defects or are due to shipping negligence. Please refer to our "Return Policy" for more info.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is processed, the chances of cancellation become slim. However, please don't hesitate to contact us via email or Facebook. We will try our best to accommodate you.
